摘要 水平3井是胜利油田一口重点水平预探井。该井位于埕111井区,钻探目的是了解埕111井区西部石炭系、二叠系及中生界含油气情况,扩大埕科1区块中生界和古生界含油气范围。该井完钻井深为2885 m,水平位移为1027 m,水平段长为785 m。为满足复杂地层水平井钻井和录井需要,水平3井采用聚合醇防塌钻井液,并配合相应的工程技术措施。二开用聚合物、聚合醇控制地层造浆,用铵盐调整钻井液流型,用聚合醇、树脂及PA-1防塌剂降低滤失量;三开在水平段钻进过程中,及时补充聚合物胶液,以保持钻井液性能稳定,防止地层漏失,利用除砂器和离心机,降低钻井液中的固相含量。经现场应用表明,该钻井液性能稳定,抗温、防塌和悬浮携砂能力强,保护油气层效果好,该井共发现油层13套,油层厚度最小为1 m,最大达109 m,累计厚度为228 m.获日产油44.19 t、日产气2760 m3的工业油气流。 Well Shuiping-3 is an important horizontal explorating well located in Cheng 111 area of Shengli Oilfield, its vertical depth is 2885 m, the horizontal displacement is 1027 m and horizontal section is 785 m with the aim of exploring the hydrocarbon content of Carboniferous, Permian Systems and Mesozoic Erathem in the west of the area and enlarging hydrocarbon bound of Mesozoic and Palaeozoic Erathems in Chengke-1 area. To satisfy the requirement of horizontal drilling and logging in complex formation, compound polyalcohol sloughing control drilling fluid was applied in Well Shuip- ing-3 and corresponding techniques were adopted, e. g. In the 444. 5 mm hole, using polymer and polyalcohol to inhibit mud making, using ammonium salt to adjust drilling fluid flow pattern, using polyalcohol, colophony and PA-1 anti-sloughing agent to lower filtration; In horizontal section of the 311. 15 mm hole, finely add polymer gel to stabilify drilling fluid property, prevent lost circulation, using desander and centrifugal machine to reduce the solids concentration, etc. Field application showed that the drilling fluid have property of stability and capacities of thermostability, anti-sloughing, good cuttings-carrying and reservoir protecting. Thirteen oil layers have been discovered in the well, and the minimum thickness is 1 m, the maximum is 109 m and the gross thickness is 228 m. Daily oil production of 44. 19 t and daily gas of 2760 m3 have been achieved in this well.
