摘要
基于在碱性介质中,没食子酸过氧化氢-甲醛体系的化学发光,建立了流动注射-化学发光快速测定空气中微量甲醛的方法。该法的线性范围为1.0×10-6~7×10-4g/mL,方法的检出限为2×10-7g/mL。10次平行测定甲醛的相对标准偏差为2.1%。用于测定空气中微量甲醛,结果满意。
Based on the gallic acid - CH2O - H2O2 - OH chemiluminescence system, a rapid method for determination of trace formaldehyde in air environment was developed. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for determination of formaldehyde was 1.0×10-6 -7×10-4g/mL.The detection limit was 2× 10-7g/mL.The relative standard deviations for 5 ×10-5g/mL formaldehyde(n=10) was 2.1% .
