有机物加入条件下圆盘造粒工艺的主要技术参数研究

Study of Main Technical Parameters of Pan Granulation with Addition of Organics

实验室及中试研究结果表明 :生物复合肥采用圆盘造粒工艺时 ,进厂有机物应先行过筛备用 ,水份控制在 2 5 %～ 3 5 % ,加量控制在 3 0 %～ 40 % ,制得的产品符合现行农业部NY 481- 2 0 0

The results of laboratory and pilot-plant study show that when producing biological compound fertilizers by pan granulation, the incoming organics should first be screened, their moisture controlled at 25%～35%, their addition controlled at 30%～40%, and then the products obtained will conform to the currently effective standard NY481-2002 of the Ministry of Agriculture.
