摘要
以混合氯硅烷及烷氧基硅烷的共缩聚制备了含乙烯基硅树脂(VSR),并将其作为高温硫化硅橡胶(HCSR)的交联剂。由于硅树脂的集中交联对成环降解的阻碍作用,所得硫化胶的热稳定性和老化性能得到提高,并且VSR中含有苯基单元时,所得硫化胶的热空气老化性能更好。
?Vinylcontaining siloxane resins (VSR) were synthesised and used as the crosslinker of heatcurable silicone rubber(HCSR).The heat stability and agingresistance of silicone rubber were improved for the microcrosslinked structure in VSR,which could form effective 'concentrative crosslinking' and interfere the degradation of main chain.Valcanizates using phenylcontaining VSR as crosslinker exhibited higher aging resistance.
