摘要
报道了用漆酚高分子树脂修饰碳糊电极测定痕量铜离子的电分析方法。该电极能用于环境水样中痕量Cu2+的高灵敏度测定,在0.1mol/L的KNO3中,进行DPV扫描后,在-0.02V处出现一氧化峰,利用该峰可进行Cu2+定量测定。通过优化测定条件,利用该修饰电极测定Cu2+的线性范围为:1×10-8~3×10-7mol/L,检测限为5×10-10mol/L。用于环境水样中痕量Cu2+的测定,平均回收率大于98%。
?In this paper,urushiol resin modified carbon paste electrode has been investigated to detect trace copper in water.In 0.1?mol/L KNO3 solution(pH=3),Cu2+ is deposited in the surface of modified electrode through chemical and physical absorption.An sensitive oxidation peak of Cu2+ was observed at -0.02?V with anodic tripping voltammetry.The peak current is linearly with the concentration over the range from 1×10-8?mol/L to 3×10-7?mol/L.The detection limit (signaltonoise=3) is 5×10-10?mol/L after 15?min accumulation.Using the electrode,Cu2+ in the water samples were detected,and the average recovery is more than 98%.
