Characteristics on Laser Beam welded High Strength Steel

摘要 激光焊接的热循环特点是加热冷却速度快,可细化高强钢焊接接头的晶粒,但仍然存在焊缝凝固裂纹、HAZ裂纹和软化等问题。本文主要分析高强钢激光焊接性的一些特征,介绍国内外目前就高强钢激光焊接所采取的防止裂纹和HAZ软化的工艺措施。 Laser beam welding can reduce the size of grain of high strength steel joints due to its rapid cooling resulting from its higher energy density and lower heat input. But there are some important problems in joint, such as solidification cracks, HAZ cracks and soften etc. In this paper, characteristics are described about laser beam welded high strength steel, Measures to avoid cracks and softening are introduced according to the latest researches in the world.
