摘要 综述了掺铒超荧光光纤光源的国内外研究发展现状,详细探讨了单程前向、单程后向、双程前向、双程后向等几种典型的光源结构;分析了掺铒超辐射型光纤光源的输出特性与泵浦光波长、泵浦功率、光纤长度以及光学反馈的关系;并介绍了当前为改善光源带宽、平均波长稳定性以及输出功率这三个主要参数以满足高精度光纤陀螺的需求所做的一系列探索及研究现状,指出了其技术难点,对掺铒超荧光光纤光源的研究具有一定的参考价值。 The research and development about Er-doped superfluorescent fiber source are summarized, five kinds of representative sources in details (single-pass backword, single- pass forward, double-pass backword, double-pass forward, fiber amplifier source ) are discussed, and that pump wavelength ,pump power , fiber length and optic feedback had effects on the characteristics of Er -doped superfluorescent fiber sources is clarified. Variations of exploration and research are introduced in this paper, too. With proper selection of the source parameters ,it is possible to meet the stringent requirements of the FOG, including a high output power , broad emission bandwidth ,and excellent spectral thermal stability. This paper have some value to research of Er-doped superfluorescent fiber source.
