摘要
将时域有限差分法 (FDTD)拓展到时变媒质中 ,并对电磁波在时变媒质中的传输特性进行了系统分析 ,接着以微带线、3dB定向耦合器、低通滤波器为例 ,研究了时变媒质 (仅电导率σ变化时 )对置于其中的微波器件引起的性能变化 ,仿真结果表明这些微波器件已无法正常工作。
The FDTD method is firstly extended to time-varying media in this paper, and used to analyze the transmission characteristics of electromagnetic wave in this media. The paper takes example for microstrip line, 3dB directional coupler and low-pass filter, studies the performance varieties of microwave components which are placed in time-varying media (only when electrical conductivity σ is changeable), and the simulation results show all of them do not work well.
