摘要 首先介绍了CMOS传感器的发展状况、其芯片的总体结构、象元电路及其工作原理,分析了有源象素图像传感器优于CCD技术的特点,主要有制造简单、节省电源、价格便宜和小体积等。介绍了CMOS传感器的应用新技术,详细阐述了C3D技术和Aramis技术对CMOS传感器性能的改善,并介绍了CMOS传感器在国内外的应用研发。最后说明了CMOS传感器超越CCD传感器的美好发展前景。 In this paper,the current development of CMOS Image Sensor and the overall architecture?pixels circuit and operation principle of its chip are described. CMOS active pixel sensors(APS) have performance comtitive with charge-coupled device(CCD) technology,and offer advantages in on-chip functionality,sysytem power reduction,cost,and miniaturization.The new application technology of CMOS Image Sensor is described so.How to improve the performance of CMOS Image Sensor by C3D technology and Aramis technology is set forth in detail,and the conditions of CMOS Image Sensor's application and research development home and abroad are described. so the result is that CMOS Image Sensor has better application development than CCD Image Sensor.
