摘要
从分析人力资源管理的现状和发展情况入手,阐述了人力资源管理的核心内容:绩效管理。绩效评估是绩效管理的主要组成部分,通过对绩效管理流程和现行评估方式的深入分析,提出了新的绩效管理模式和相应的评价体系。新模式从时间和空间上对绩效评估作了拓展,时间上强调了连续性,空间上强调了全面性。新的评价体系建立了量化的评估模型,为HRMIS的可实现奠定了基础。
