摘要
介绍了用端基直线法评价线性测量系统线性度指标时 ,评价结果的不确定度 ,包含了测量结果的不确定度分析和评价过程 .通过使用国军标 GJB 3 75 6-1 999“测量不确定度的表述及评定”中推荐的方法 ,讨论了影响评价结果不确定度的几个主要误差来源 (包括信号源误差、被校系统测量误差、被校系统量化误差的影响等等 ) ,给出了端基线性度测量结果的不确定度 .并给出了减小线性度指标评价不确定度的主要措施 .在一个实际评价例子上 ,给出了线性度指标不确定度分析和评价结果 .不确定度验证表明了该过程的正确性和切实可行性 .该过程及结论可应用在对于计量标准进行线性度指标的不确定度分析上 。
In this paper, it is described that the uncertainty of evaluation results of linearity of linear measurement system by the Terminated Base method, including the courses of analysis and evaluation of uncertainty of it. By the method from the Chinese military standard GJB 3756 1999 \!Expression and Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement\', some error sources of linearity evaluation are discussed, including the errors of signal source, the measurement errors of device under test, the influence of quantization error of linear system, the environment influence, and the others. The uncertainty of terminal base linearity of linear measurement systems is given out, and several main methods about decreasing the Linearity evaluation errors and evaluation uncertainty have been proposed. In an experiment example, the analysis and uncertainty evaluation results of Linearity using the method is presented. The validate of the uncertainty has proved the correctness and rightness of the method above. The courses and conclusion of analysis and uncertainty evaluation of Linearity can be applied to the uncertainty evaluation of measurement standards of Linearity and used in the uncertainty evaluation of Linearity itself.
