为了对数字电路进行元件级故障诊断 ,采用组合测试方案生成故障字典 ,并且设计了相应的硬件电路和软件流程 .达到了将故障定到元件级的目的 .研究表明 。

Fault diagnosis for the digital circuit is briefly discussed. The corresponding means of the combinatorial test and the fault dictionary are given. The appropriate design of the hardware circuit and the software diagram of the fault diagnosis are shown. The target of the fault diagnosis is achieved, and the fault is fixed in the component. This principle of the fault diagnosis can reflect the fault very well.
