摘要
利用衍射积分公式和自再现原理,将含孔光阑的圆镜对称腔横模满足的衍射积分方程分解为有限和矩阵方程,并利用求解矩阵本征值和本征向量的方法对该腔横模场分布进行计算。结果证明,孔径光阑的位置和尺寸直接影响激光输出模式和花样。
Based on diffraction integral formula and self-reproducing principle, diffraction integral equation for transverse modes in a circular symmetric resonator with an aperture diaphragm was disintegrated to finite-sum matrix equation, and field distributions of transverse modes in the resonator were calculated by solving matrix for eigenvalues and eigenvectors. It is shown that the position and size of the aperture diaphragm directly impact on the output modes and patterns in the circular symmetric resonator.
