摘要
从理论上分析了冰洲石/氟化钡紫外偏光镜透射光束的偏离角;给出了一种修正透射光束偏离角的改进设计;利用高精度测角仪对改进的样品棱镜进行测试,结果表明:透射光束的偏离角小于3 。
The distortion of transmitted beam was analysed based on the normal design of ultraviolet polarizing prism of Iceland crystal and barium flulride in theory.A design of modifing the transmitted beams distortion had been given.The test result of the designed sample proved that the distortion is less than 3.
