多次移位成像降低噪声对反演解析法的影响 被引量:1

摘要 提出了通过多次移位成像增加线性方程组超定性的方法降低噪声对反演解析法提高CCD成像分辨率的影响。仿真实验说明,运用该方法在不同提高倍数的情况下均能有效地降低噪声的影响程度。提高倍数越大,其效果越明显。 In order to reduce the noise influence upon inversion analysis for the enhancement of CCD resolution, the approach of multi-shift imaging to enhance the over determination of linear systems was proposed in this paper. The simulation examples show this approach can reduce the noise influence for deferent enhancement ratio. It's also proved that the approach is more effective when the enhancement ratio is high.
