摘要 针对绞吸挖泥船绞刀片工作条件及其磨损特点 ,对绞刀片刀齿采用了碳化钨条填充法特种耐磨堆焊工艺 ;介绍碳化钨条填充法基本过程及其特点 ,论述刀齿的堆焊工艺及耐磨堆焊层的成分和主要性能 ;通过耐磨堆焊绞刀片的实船应用及测试结果 ,分析讨论特种耐磨堆焊绞刀片的实船应用效果。 According to the service conditions and wear properties of dredge cutter piece. the authors adopted a filling method, the special surfacing technique for wear resistance with tungsten carbide bar, to the tooth of cutter piece, the basic process and characteristics of the method were introduced. The paper also presented the surfacing process, compositions and main properties of surfacing for wear resistant deposit. Through the application on cutterhead pipeline dredge, the authors discussed and analyzed the effects of cutter piece surfacing deposit for wear resistance on the application.
