摘要
文章研究了基于MapInfo平台的具有开放性的高速公路GIS/MIS系统。以实际开发为背景,阐述了其地图桌面管理和开放性的设计思想及实现方式,并叙述了其数据结构特点。该系统本身及其设计思想都具有推广的前景。
With the rapid development of expressway construction.it becomes increasing significant to manage the data for freeway. An open freeway GIS based on MapInfo is introduced in this paper. On the background of the system development,the mapping management and design thoughts are also presented,as well as the method to realize it. Meanwhile,the characteristics of the system's data structure are also recommended. Both the system and its design thoughts have the prospect to be popularized.
