摘要
文章介绍了二值图象中引线孔识别新方法,该方法能简单有效地识别引线孔并确定其中心点。实验结果表明:此方法识别率较高,误识率较低。
This paper puts forward a new method to recognize the wire holes in IC images, which can fastly and effectively recognize the wire holes and get their centers. Moreover, this paper also introduces the process of recognition. The experiment results show that the recognition method is of high reliability and high efficiency.
