摘要
针对路局现有GIS实施系统的缺点和局限,借鉴国外铁路地理信息系统建设的经验,RGIS路局试点工程的统一应用框架应包括统一的海量空间数据库管理方式、开放的分布式组件、GIS开发平台和多层服务体系结构,其中的关键技术是对象-关系数据库技术,多层服务体系结构和开放的分布式组件GIS平台。同时提出了基于RGIS的工务管理信息系统的具体应用功能,并结合上海局的实际情况描述了系统的开发模式以及基于RGIS的工务管理信息系统、行车安全信息系统和事故救援信息系统的部分功能。
In view of the disadvantages of the existing GIS in China railway and by learning the successful experience of the railway GIS abroad, a uniform application framework of GIS in China railway administration is put forward, which includes a systematic management of the great capacity for spatial database, uniform componentbased distributed open GIS software platform and multilayer application service architecture. The key technologies of the application system including objectrelation database, open GIS platform and multilayer application service mode also briefly described. At last, RGISbased application functions such as permanent way management information system, traffic safety management information system and risk rescue management information system applied in Shanghai railway administration are demonstrated.
