摘要
介绍我国正在研制的第一辆安全综合检测车。该车由轨道状态检测、接触网检测、轮轨连续作用力测量、线路周边环境监视、通信信号检测(预留)等五个检测子系统组成。分别对轨道状态、接触网、轮轨连续作用力、线路周边环境进行检测或监视,概述了检测内容、检测原理及其技术指标。该车检测数据的实时处理是通过网络化计算机数据处理子系统完成的。该车综合分析技术包括轨道检测结果对接触网拉出值检测偏差值的修正和补偿技术、轨道检测结果与轮轨作用力测量结果的对比及分析技术、环境监视图像与轨道检测结果的实时叠加综合技术以及整车电磁兼容问题研究等。
The car consists of five subsystems including the track condition inspection, catenary inspection, measurement of wheel/rail continuous forces, supervision of environment of the right of way, and inspection of signals and communication equipment (reserved). The paper depicts the inspection contents, the inspection principle, and its technical index. The data tested at real time is comprehensively integrated by the net computer data processing subsystem. The comprehensive analytical technology includes the correction of the deviation of the stagger values of the catenary with the track inspection result and the compensation technology, the comparison and analytical technolgoy of the tested result and the wheel/rail interaction force measurement, the environment image in the vicinity of the track and track inspection waveform realtime overlapping technology, and the antiinterference technology of the whole inspection car.
