摘要
为适应全球经济一体化,快速响应世界各地市场需求,提高企业竞争能力,企业经营模式不断向专业化、协作化方向发展,企业的组织形态也逐渐由单个企业向扩展型企业发展。在扩展企业中,如何实施质量管理,如何建立有效、经济的质量信息管理系统成为当前研究的热点之一。论文在研究扩展企业协同质量管理模式的基础上,提出了面向扩展企业、基于ASP方式、集中与分散相结合的协同质量管理信息系统,并进行了系统体系结构、功能和实现方法的研究。
With economies tending towards global uniformity, for extended enterprises corecompetencies or leadership capabilities in quality assurance have to be strengthened bythe complementary capabilities of partners. The traditional quality assurance in a singleenterprise has to be innovated. The paper stretches out a model of extended enterprises,proposes a collaborative quality management model, and focuses on an ASP (Applicationservice provider) based information supporting system for collaborative qualitymanagement of extended enterprises.
