摘要
通过超声波无损探伤和计算机控制技术,采用双路通道自动检测镶环活塞中Al-Fe的结合质量。检测系统功能强、操作方便和可靠性高。滚轴传动机构的伺服控制系统采用PWM控制技术,使用光电脉冲发生器作为速度检测元件实现闭环控制,检测速度稳定。经大量检测试验表明,其检测结果具有精度高和良好的重复性。
By means of ultrasonic non-destructive inspection and computer control technology, theautomatic detection of Al-Fe bond quality of piston with ring carrier is realized through twochannels. The inspection system has the advantages of strong functions, easy operation,and high reliability. In servo-control system of the roll turner, the PWM technique is usedto regulate the motor's speed. The photoelectric pulser is used as the component tomeasure the velocity for feedback control. Inspection velocity is stable. A large number ofexperimental results show that the detection has high precision and satisfactoryrepeatability.
