摘要
介绍了三季戊四醇的主要用途 ,考察了各种实验条件对反应总收率、三季戊四醇收率及三季戊四醇粒径的影响。在优选的反应及分离条件下 ,三季戊四醇产率及总产率可分别达到 8%和 95 %以上 ,三季戊四醇粒径可由 10~ 15 μm增大至 6 0~ 70 μm。
The effect of various operating factor on the tri-pentaerythritol yield,pentaerythritol total yield and the size of tri-pentaerythritol crystals were investigated. The optimal result indicated total yield≥95%, tri-pentaerythritol yield≥8%. The diameter of tri-pentaerythritol particles can be enlarged from 10~15μm to 60~70μm.
