荔枝雌花发育期蛋白质的特异性 被引量:13

摘要 研究了荔枝雌花发育期蛋白质的特异性,结果表明:荔枝雌花在4个不同发育时期,蛋白质合成总体上逐渐增强,大孢子成熟期蛋白质含量最高;大部分蛋白质在发育过程中基本保持不变,但少数蛋白质在分子质量、等电点及延续时间的长短等性质上存在差异,即在雌花的4个不同发育期,蛋白质的新陈代谢非常活跃,表现为蛋白质不断的合成或分解,具有发育时期的特异性;荔枝雌花发育是一个由多基因控制且受环境综合因素影响的极其复杂的生理过程。雌花发育的调控技术有待进一步研究。 Abstr act Specific proteins of litchi during female flower development stages were studied.The results showed that synthesis of proteins gradually rose during the four different developmental stages of litchi female flowers,and the contents of proteins reached the highest at the matu rity of macrospore.In the development process of litchi female flowers most of the proteins basically kept unchanged while there were some differences in molecular weight,pI and perdurability of a few pro teins,i.e.in the four different developmental stages of litchi female flowe rs,the protein metabolism was very active with continuous synthesis and degeneration of proteins,which is characteristic in development stage.The development of female flowers was a very com plex p hysiological process that was regulated by multi-genes and affected by environmental factors.emale flower evelopment regulation techniques are to be further studied.
