饲粮铬对热应激肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化特性和胴体品质的影响 被引量:38

Effect of Dietary Chromium on Growth,Serum Biochemical Traits and Carcass Quality of Heat Stressed Broilers

摘要 用 4周龄ArborAcres(AA)商品代肉公鸡 378只进行试验 ,研究饲粮铬源和铬水平对热应激肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化特性、胴体品质的影响。按 2× 5因子安排的完全随机设计 ,将处于热应激条件下的 378只 4周龄商品代ArborAcres(AA)肉公鸡随机分为 9个处理组 ,分别饲喂含铬 0 6 0mg/kg的未添加铬玉米—豆粕型基础饲粮 (两种铬源共用零添加组作对照 )和添加 0 4、2 0、10 0和 2 0 0mg/kg铬分别源于三氯化铬和吡啶羧酸铬的试验饲粮2 1d。结果表明 ,所有观测指标在两铬源间均无显著差异 (P >0 2 5 ) ;铬水平对热应激肉仔鸡的日增重 (P <0 0 3)、饲料转化效率 (P <0 0 0 2 )、血清中葡萄糖 (P <0 0 2 )、甘油三酯 (P <0 0 0 4)、乳酸脱氢酶 (P <0 0 0 9)、钠离子 (P <0 0 7)、胸肌率 (P <0 0 0 7)、和腹脂率 (P <0 0 8)有显著影响 ,而对日采食量、血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、磷酸肌酸激酶、钙、磷、钾、氯和腿肌率无明显影响 (P >0 13) ;在饲料转化效率上观测到铬水平与时间的互作效应 (P <0 0 0 0 1) ,在血清葡萄糖上观测到铬源与时间的互作效应 (P <0 0 2 ) ,和在血清碱性磷酸酶上观测到铬源与铬水平的互作效应 (P <0 0 2 )。研究结果表明 ,两种铬源? An experiment was conducted using a total of 378 4-week old Arbor Acres(AA)commercial broilers to investigate the effects of dietary Cr source and level on growth,serum biochemical traits and carcass quality in heat stressed broilers.Birds were randomly allotted to one of nine treatments in a completely randomized design involving a 2×5 factorial arrangement of treatments,and fed a Cr-unsupplemented corn-soybean meal basal diet containing 0.60mg/kg Cr(the same control treatment was used for the two Cr sources)and the basal diets supplemented with 0.4,2.0,10.0 or 20.0 mg/kg Cr as either Cr chloride or Cr picolinate under heat stress for 21 d. No differences(P>0.25)between the two Cr sources were observed in all indices studied;Cr level affected daily gain (P<0.03),feed conversion rate(FCR)(P<0.002),serum glucose(GLU)(P<0.02),triglyceride(TG)(P<0.004),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)(P<0.009),sodium(Na)(P<0.07),breast muscle percentage(P<0.007),and abdominal fat percentage(P<0.08),but had no effect(P>0.13)on feed intake,serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLOB),cholesterol(CHOL),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),creatine phosphate kinase(CPK),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),potassium(K),chloride(Cl),and leg muscle percentage.Interactions were observed between Cr level and time in FCR(P<0.0001),between Cr source and time in serum GLU(P<0.02),and between Cr source and level in serum AKP(P<0.02). The results from this study indicate that both Cr chloride and Cr picolinate are equally effective in alleviating the effect of heat stress on broilers,and supplemental Cr could improve growth and carcass quality,and alter some serum biochemical traits in heat stressed broilers,in which supplemental Cr levels of 2.0~10.0 mg/kg would be satisfactory for these birds.
