摘要
用有限差分法(FDM)对快速轴流微波激励 CO_2激光器的输出腔镜-GaAs和 ZnSe 的热效应进行了理论分析和计算,得到相应的温度场分布,从而得到窗口的热畸变。
By means of Finite Difference Method(FDM),thermal effects on GaAs and ZnSe which could be used in fast-axial-flow CO_2 la- ser excited by microwave have been analysed and calculated.The temperature distribution and thermal distortion of the output wi- ndows have been given.
