内分泌疾病的脂代谢异常 被引量：6

Lipid Metabolism of Endocrinopathy

摘要 脂代谢受多种激素的调节 ,各种内分泌疾病存在不同的激素分泌异常 ,因此伴有程度不同的脂代谢异常。本文总结了几种常见的伴有血脂异常的内分泌疾病 ,如甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、库欣氏综合征、多囊卵巢综合征、垂体前叶功能低下和肢端肥大症等 。 Lipid metabolism is regulated by some hormones. Different hormone abnormality exists in every endocrinopathy, which may disturb lipid metabolism. We reviewed recent research in several common endocrinopathy on their lipid metabolism such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, hypopituitarism and acromegaly. \[
