摘要 [目的]探讨Endopore系统种植覆盖义齿在严重萎缩的下颌无牙颌病人的临床应用效果。[方法]用Endopore系统的种植体,球形基台和弹性橡皮帽,为13例牙槽嵴严重萎缩的下颌无牙颌病人植入42个种植体,再做球帽附着体种植覆盖义齿,观察义齿的固位、稳定性和咀嚼功能,与原有义齿作比较。随访1~3年。[结果]Endo-pore系统种植覆盖义齿能显著提高下颌全口义齿的固位和稳定性,明显改善咀嚼功能。在观察期内种植体均获成功。[结论]Endopore系统种植覆盖义齿对改善牙槽嵴严重萎缩的下颌全口义齿功能有显著作用。 [ Objective ] To investigate the clinical effect of Endopore System implant- supported over-denture in the severely atrophy edentulous mandible (SAEM). [Methods] Thirteen patients of SAEM were selected and treated with 42 implants and 13 ball-cap retained implant- supported overdentures made of Endopore System, overdentures retention, stabilization and patient' s mastication were observed and compared with the conventional denture. The patients were followed up by 1 ~ 3 years. [Results] The Endopore System implant- supported overdenture can significantly improve the mandible complete denture retention, stabilization and patient' s mastication. Implant failure did not happen during the follow-up period. [Conclusion] The Endopore System implant- supported overdenture is very useful to improve the function of mandible complete denture for the patient with severely atrophy alveolar ridge.
