摘要
近年来,光学信息处理和光计算技术的发展促进了二维空间光调制器的发展。目前已有多种采用不同结构和工作原理的二维空间光调制器。本文报告一种真空可拆卸的电子束寻址微通道空间光调制器的某些初步的实验结果,并对目前所存在的问题及进一步改进方法进行讨论。
In recent years,two dimentional spatial light modulators bas- ed on different kinds of theoryies are developed rapidly due to the development of optical information processing and the optical computing. In this paper,a demountable electron-beam-addressed microc- hannel spacial light modulator is reported.The design,principle of operation and primary experimental results are given.
