摘要
目的:建立和完善科技激励机制,推动医院科技进步。方法:在系统思考、全面计划的基础上,实施以创新文化建设为先导,以精神激励为关键,以竞争激励为基础,以物质激励为保障,把握好激励时机,灵活使用,有效实施的激励模式。结果:有效激发了科技创新积极性,医务人员的科技创新热情持续高涨,科研成果、科研课题数量逐步增加,质量不断提高。建议:强化目标激励,争取更好效果,同时开展投入———产出分析,深化科技激励工作。
Purpose Establishing and perfecting incentive mechanism so as to promote medical science and technology progress.Method Based on systematic thinking and overall planning,implementing an incentive mechanism with innovative culture as the forerunner,spiritual encouragement and competition as a key ,financial reward as a guarantee,at the same time,minding the timing of rewarding,the incentive should be flexibly and effectively implemented.Results Initiatives of the staffs are motivated effectively,medical professionals'enthusiasm for technical innovation has been raised to a very high level,the number of scientific awards and research projects has been gradually increased and the quality has been improved.Suggestion strengthen targets oriented incentive so as to achieve more satisfactory results.At the same time, carrying out input-output analysis to further strengthen the motivation for medical science and technology development.
