新生儿细菌感染时CD4^+T细胞表面IL-2R的表达 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨新生儿CD4+ T细胞表面白介素_2受体 (interleukin_2receptor,IL_2R)的表达对临床诊断新生儿细菌感染的意义 ,用全血法标记CD4 +T细胞表面IL_2R三条肽链CD25、CD122和CD132 ,借助流式细胞仪分别测定19例正常足月新生儿 (对照组 )和17例细菌感染足月新生儿 (感染组 )治疗前后CD25、CD122和CD132的表达。并将对照组和感染组首次样本结果及感染组治疗前后样本结果进行统计学检验。结果显示 ,对照组新生儿脐血CD4 +T细胞表面CD25、CD122和CD132的表达较低 ,分别为3.84 %±3.61 %、0.74 %±0.53%和12.70 %±8.54% ,与治疗前感染组(分别为9.89%±9.66 %、5.79 %±11.14%和21.78 %±11.34 %)相比差异有显著性(P<0.05) ;而细菌感染组治疗后新生儿CD4 +T细胞表面CD25、CD122和CD132的表达量为11.11 %±7.06%、6.35 %±6.23%和27.41 %±17.19 % ,治疗前后相比差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。提示CD25、CD122和CD132在脐血CD4 +T细胞上的表达较低 ,细菌感染组治疗前CD4 +T细胞表面CD25、CD122和CD132表达的升高 ,表明CD4 +T细胞活化 ,故在临床上可以考虑将CD25。 To investigate the diagnostic significance of interleukin_2 receptor(IL_2R)(CD25,CD122,CD132)expression in neonatal CD4+T lymphocytes during bacterial infection,19 healthy term newborns as control and 17 bacterial infected neonates were enrolled in this study.The CD25,CD122 and CD132 expressions were detected by whole blood method with flow cytometry(FCM).Before and after efficacious treatment the same parameters were detected for 17 bacterial neonates. The SPSS software was used to analyze these data.Wilcoxon test was used for comparing the dates of control group and infected group.The compared Wilconxon test was used for the dates of before treatment group and after treatment group.Cord blood samples from 19 healthy term newborns as controls were detected.The results showed that the surface marker expressions of CD25,CD122 and CD132 were low in control group.The expressions of CD25,CD122 and CD132 were 3.84±3.61%,0.74±0.53% and 12.70±8.54% respectively.Before treatment,peripheral blood samples from bacterial infected neonates were received same treatment.The high levels of expression of CD25(9.89±9.66%),CD122(5.79±11.14%)and CD132(21.78±11.34%)were noticed in infected group.There were significant differences between control and infected groups(P<0.05).After efficacious treatment,the expression of CD25(11.11±7.06%),CD122(6.35±6.23%)and CD132(27.41±17.19%)was found.There was no significant difference between before and after efficacious treatment(P>0.05) for bacterial infected neonates.It is concluded that the surface marker expressions of CD25,CD122 and CD132 on cord blood lymphocytes were lower than those in bacterial infected group be.The results of IL_2R expression on CD4+ lymphocytes of infected neonates suggest that IL_2R expression on lymphocyte would be useful for infection diagnosis for neonates.
