内括约肌切断术治疗肛肠疾病240例临床分析

The experience of internal sphincterotomy in 240 cases of anorectal diseases

目的 :观察内括约肌切断术治疗肛肠疾病的疗效。方法 :回顾性分析 2 4 0例分别患有肛裂、混合痔、肛管狭窄并接受了内括约肌切断术的病人的临床资料。结果 :术后疗效满意 ,肛门疼痛、水肿及便秘等症状明显改善。结论 :内括约肌切断术能有效减轻术后肛门疼痛、水肿 ,改善便秘症状。

Objective: To observe the effects of internal sphincterotomy in treating anorectal diseases. Methods: retrospective analysis were made on the clinical datum of patients who have anal fissure, mixed hemorrhoid, and stenosis of anal canal respectively. Result: The theraputic effects was satisfied. The postoperative anal pain, anal edema and constipation were relieved obviously. Conclusion: Internal sphincterotomy is an efficient way to alleviate postoperative anal pain, analedema, and improve constipation.
