摘要
目的 :研究环孢霉素A(cyclosporinA ,CsA)在抗青光眼滤过性手术中的抗增殖作用。方法 :将 36只健康新西兰大白兔随机分成 2组 ,即实验组为 (CsA)组、对照组为丝裂霉素C(mitomycinC ,MMC)组均行小梁切除术 ,术中分别在Tenon囊和巩膜之间放置 2 %CsA、0 .0 0 2 %MMC的海绵块 5min后 ,用 0 .9%生理盐水冲洗干净。分别在术后d7、15d、30d检查滤过泡、角膜、眼底 ,并进行病理切片AgSNORs和HE染色。结果 :CsA组多数形成功能性滤过泡 ,无任何并发症 .两组成纤维细胞AgNORs颗粒数比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :CsA在抗青光眼滤过术中抗增殖作用与MMC的作用相当 ,但其副作用小 ,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the antiproliferative effects of cyclosporinA(CsA) on the glaucoma filtrating surgery. Method: 36 rabbits(72eyes) were underwent trabeculectomy.All eyes were divided into two groups. In the experiment group, The eyes were exposed to 2% CsA intraoperatively for 5 minutes, then rinsed withnormal saline.In the control group,0.002% MMC was used.The postoperative bleb, cornea and fundus were observed.Results:In CsA group functioning blebs were observed in most eyes without complication.The AgNORs granules were not statistically different between CsA eyes and MMC eyes.Conclusion:The antiproliferative effects of CsA on anti-glaucoma filtrating surgery in rabbit eyes is no more than that of MMC,and its side-effects is less,thus it is worthwhile to use CsA in anti-glaucoma filtrating surgery.
