异位妊娠危险因素分析

Analysing of the risk factors in ectopic pregnancy

目的 :通过对异位妊娠危险发病因素进行分析、总结以近一步明确其病因。方法 :对我院 72 2例异位妊娠住院病例进行回顾性总结。结果 :盆腔炎、流产史、放置宫内节育器、盆腔手术史、输卵管结扎术、生殖系统病理改变对异位妊娠的发生有明显影响作用。结论 :盆腔炎、流产史、放置宫内节育器、盆腔手术史、输卵管结扎术、生殖系统病理改变是异性妊娠发病的危险因素 ,其中盆腔炎为最根本原因。

Objective: To make the pathogenesis of ectopic pregnancy clear by analysing and concluding the risk factors.Methods: 722 cases of ectopic pregnancy were concluded.Results: Pelvic inflammatory diseases, abortion, IUD, pelvic cavity operation, tubal ligation and pathological changes of reproductive system have evident effect on ectopic pregnancy.Conclusions: Pelvic inflammatory diseases,abortion, IUD, pevic cavity operation. tubal ligation and pathological changes of reprocductive sysytem are the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy, especial pelvic inflammatory diseases.
