摘要
采用反相液相色谱法同时测定参类保健酒中三种人参皂甙的含量,使用SymmetryCl8柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,波长203nm,本法快速准确、分离效果好、回收率大于95.3%。
This paper proposed a method for assaying three ginsenosides in wine by RP-HPLC.Rg1、Re and Rbl could be separated on symmetry C18 column.with gradient elution of CH3CN-0.2%H3PO4 at a flow-rate of 1.0ml/min and then assayed at UV 203nm ,with the colum temperature 35℃.This method was simple,rapid and accurate and had a very good separation, The recoveries were above 95%.
