摘要
研究了用分光光度法测定麻油的掺假情况 ,该方法具有操作简单、准确度高等特点 ,可以定量测定芝麻油的纯度。并对 4种掺假芝麻油样品进行了检测验证 ,其变异系数均小于 5 %。
The spectrometry method for detection of sesame oil adulterated with cotton seed oil was studied.This method could check the purity of sesame oil quantitatively with simple operation and high accuracy.Four adulterated sesame oil samples were determined and their coefficient variation were less than 5 percent.
