啤酒中微量甲醛的测定 被引量:1

摘要 通过试验,验证了乙酰丙酮比色法(不用蒸馏)测定残留甲醛的有效性,并对麦汁,清酒,成品酒进行分析,了解甲醛在酿造过程中的变化趋势。
