亚麻、麻棉混纺T恤面料的编织工艺研究

Knitting Process of T-shirt Fabric from Linen and Linen/cotton Blended Yarn

高档亚麻针织产品的开发有三项关键技术 :一是如何对亚麻纱进行前处理 ,增强其可编织性 ;二是如何设计针织物组织结构和上机工艺 ,编织高质量的坯布 ;三是科学的制定染整工艺 ,提高产品的服用性能 ,增加产品的附加值。文中主要对前两项进行了研究 ,成功地研制出三种新产品 ,并给出了工艺实例。

There are three essential factors for the development of high grade linen knitted products. Firstly, how to pre treat the linen yarn for the sake of improving its knittability; The second one lies in the design of knitted construction and gating, which are required for high quality fabric; the last one refers to the formulation of a rational dyeing and finishing technology, with which a better wearability and higher added value will be resulted. In this paper, a study is made mainly on the first two points and three kinds of new product developed accordingly are introduced with technological examples, theoretical analysis and tested data presented.
