高中生专业决策自我效能量表的初步编制

The Development of Major Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale for High School Students

目的 :编制“高中生专业决策自我效能量表” ,为高中生在选定大学专业出现困难时提供诊断工具。方法 :参照Betz和Taylor的“职业生涯决策自我效能量表” ,依据对高中生的访谈资料和开放式问卷调查结果 ,抽取湖北省 8所中学高三年级的 75 0名同学作为研究样本 ,进行正式施测。结果 :( 1)该量表的项目特性良好 ;( 2 )全量表的内部一致性信度α系数为 913 5 ,重测信度为 83 4;( 3 )该量表均具有较强的辨别效度。结论 :该量表可以作为高中生选定大学专业出现困难时的诊断工具试用。
