先天盲童第二信号系统活动完整性的探讨

摘要 目的 :测评先天盲童的语言智商的特点 ,从而探索先天盲童的第二信号系统形成的影响因素。方法 :采用韦儿童智力量表的语言智商和自行设计的多项认知与感受调查表 ,对盲校 44名先天性全盲孩子进行了评估。结果 :先天盲童语言智商区间分布基于正态分布 ,但个体差异明显 ,与常模相比其相似 (t =2 5 ,P <0 0 5 )、算术 (t =4 0 ,P <0 0 1)明显低于正常儿童 ,而领悟 (t =41,P <0 0 1)则明显高于正常儿童 ,且差异有显著性 ,语言智商与最初受教育年龄相关 (χ2 =13 8,P <0 0 1) ,智商越高对颜色、形状、梦境感受越强烈。结论 :先天盲童的第二信号系统活动受多因素影响。 Objective:To explore characters of VIQ (verbal IQ) of children with congenital blindness, identify influence of blindness on language development Method:44 children with congenital blindness were assessed with Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children Result:The distribution of VIQ fit normal distribution, but with broader variation Their scores on algorithm and analogy were lower than normal children's while that of understanding ova higher than normal children Their VIQ was positively correlated with the age they began to receive education Those with higher language IQ were more readily responsive to 'color','form'and 'dream' Conclusion:Congenital blindness has influence on language development
