摘要 用脉冲输出功率50mW,中心波长为800nm的双异质结激光二极管列阵泵浦磷酸盐钕璃璃激光器,得到1.053μm波长激光输出.泵浦阈值功率为9mW.计算了DPL输出的尖峰功率、脉冲宽度和弛豫振荡波形,与实验结果一致. A monolithic Nd: glass laser was pumped by home-made DH-LD Array with pulse power of 50 mW and wavelength of 800 nm. The laser output at wavelength of 1.053 μm was observed. The endpumped threshold is 9 mW. The spike power, pulsod width and relexation waveform are calculated and agree with experimental results.
