摘要 运用生物力学解析、数理统计、文献等方法,对背越式跳高的双动力起跳技术与理论进行研究。研究结果表明:助跑最后一步摆动腿的支撑直接影响起跳效果和起跳技术;摆动腿着地方式对起跳脚着地时腾起水平初速度和腾起垂直初速度有影响。主要结论:摆动腿的支撑效果与起跳腿的蹬伸效果共同构成了起跳动力源。 High-speed camera and method of mathematical statistics were used to analyze the technique and theory of double dynamics in the takeoff phase of high jump. The results showed that the supporting of the free leg had direct effect on both the takeoff result and the takeoff technique in the last stride during approach, and that the ways of touchdown of the free leg exerted an influence on both the takeoff horizontal velocity and takeoff vertical velocity. It might be concluded that the supporting of the free leg and the extension of the takeoff leg formed the dynamics of takeoff in high jump.
