摘要
介绍了采用埚坩下降法生长掺杂AgCl晶体的工艺,得到了尺寸为φ20×60mm的AgCl晶体棒;对掺杂AgCl电极晶体的性质、测试数据及应用作了报导。
In this paper the Bridgman-stockbarger melthod for growing doping silver chloride crystal used as selective chloric ionic electrode is presented and a silver chloride crystal rod of φ20×60mm is obtained by this method. Also the measurement data of its property and application of this electrode are reported.
