多重诱导透射干涉滤光片通带半宽度的研究

Studying Half-width of the Multipole Induce Transmission Filter

提出了等效基本单元法处理诱导透射干涉滤光片(ITF),并利用光强递推公式,得出了多重ITF通带半宽度小于其中任一基本单元通带半宽度的结果,研究了影响通带半宽度的因素,找出了压缩和加宽丰宽度的途径。首次从实验中镀出了二重ITF,其半宽度测量结果证明了理论的正确性。

Having built a madel of equivalent basic unit and using the formula of optical intensity recurrence, we acquired that the half-width of induce transmission filter is less than that of every basic unit. We also studied the tactors affecting half-width and found out a new way to decrease or increase halr-width. And for the first time, we successfully realized the coating of dual ITF filter. The measurement result of the half-width proved. that the theory is correct.
