摘要
介绍了流动注射分析(Flow Injection Analysis,以下简称FIA)的基本原理、国内外FIA的发展概况和由F4010型荧光分光光度计(以下简称F4010)与FIA联机组装成的FIA-F4010流动注射荧光分光光度计(以下简称FIA-F4010)的基本组成和常用的工作流路。给出了FIA—F4010对本身具有天然荧光的L-色氨酸(L-Trp)、L-苯丙氨酸(L-Phe)和本身没有天然荧光的L-亮氨酸(L-Ieu)三种氨基酸分析的应用实例。同时对FIA-F4010的实用性,应用前景、功能/价格比等有关的问题进行了讨论。
This paper briefly introduced fundamental principle of Flow Injection Analgsis (FIA) and its development both at home and abroad for the FIA. The basic configuration of FIA-F4010 Flow Injection Fluorescencespectrophotometer and the widly used flow route were introduced. Some examples of application in analysing L-Trp, L-Phe and L-Leu (nonfluoresent) were given.Meanwhile the practicality, the applied prospects, the ratio of performance/cost and major factor of influence on test accuracy were discussed in this paper.
