摘要
激光散射法是快速、准确测定尘埃粒子大小的新方法。从Mie散射理论出发,提出了尘埃粒子的激光散射测量系统中各部分的设计要求,以及达到这些要求的一般方法。给出了一个测量系统的实例。
Single particle laser scattering is a fast and accurate method used to measure aerosol particle size and concentric number. Based on the Mie Scattering Theory, the requirments and means for laser scattering measuring system are described in this paper. At last, a designing example is given.
