摘要
分析了加氢裂化装置液化气产品的铜腐超标的原因 ,提出利用NC -L型双功能脱硫脱氯吸附剂提高液化气铜腐等级 ,并为此进行了侧线试验。通过增设液化气生产单元脱硫脱氯系统及投用吸附剂后 ,其铜腐等级由原 2c提高到 1a 。
After analyzing the reason of copper-strip corrosion extra-index of hydrocreacking LPG products, the idea that utilizing NC-L double-function desulfurization and de-chlorine adsorbent to improve the grade of liquefied petroleum Gas (LPG) copper-strip corrosion has been put forward and therefore a siding test was thus performed. The copper-strip corrosion grade of LPG has been increased from 2c to 1a after adding a desulfurization and de-chlorine system and using adsorbent. It shows a remarkable result as well as economic and social benefits by adopting bifunctional adsorbent to improve copper-strip corrosion grade of LPG.
