摘要
对超临界CO2萃取β 胡萝卜素的过程进行了模拟研究,并结合实验,考察了压力(10~32MPa)、温度(0~60℃)、空塔气速(0 25~1 00m/s)和颗粒直径(0 5~10mm)等各种工艺操作条件对萃取得率和过程经济性的影响;得出了超临界CO2萃取β 胡萝卜素的最佳工艺条件:萃取压力25~32MPa,温度20~40℃,空塔气速0 5~0 8m/s,颗粒直径1~5mm左右;并提出了一种研究超临界CO2萃取技术的新思路:采用计算机模拟技术优化萃取过程的工艺条件以减小操作条件的探索工作量。
The supercritical CO2 extraction of βcarotene was simulated and the effects of operating conditions such as pressure(10-32 MPa),temperature(0-60 ℃),gas velocity of empty tower (025-100 m/s) and granular diameter (00005-001 m) on extraction yield and process economy comparing with the experimental results were inspected.The optimum operating conditions of extraction were obtained:pressure(25-32 MPa),temperature(20-40 ℃),gas velocity of empty tower (05-08 m/s) and granular diameter (0001-0005 m).Thus,a new research method for supercritical fluid extraction technology was put forward,that optimized the operating conditions of extraction with computer to reduce the load of exploratory work.
