摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱外标法 ,对乙氧嘧磺隆原药中的有效成分进行定量分析。方法的变异系数为 0 3 6% ,平均回收率为 99 2 %。 A method for quantitative analysis of Ethoxysulfuron byHPLC onVP-ODS packed column.The results showed that standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery was 0.28,0.36%,99.6%,respectively.This method was simple and accurately.
