摘要 针对锦纶-6(PA-6)含氮有机废水特性,提出前置反硝化脱氮工艺处理锦纶-6废水。工程应用结果表明:当ρ(CODCr)=1000~2000mg/L,ρ(BOD5)=500~1000mg/L,最终出水CODCr去除率92%~98%,出水BOD5去除率99%,正常运行后ρ(NH3-N)迅速下降至15mg/L以下。确保了处理后废水达标排放。 In view of the characteristics of the nitrogen containing, organic wastewater from the production of nylon 6 (PA 6), a pre denitrification process is proposed for the treatment of the wastewater. The results of its engineering application showed that when ρ(CODCr)=1000~2 000 mg/L and ρ(BOD5)=500~1000 mg/L, the final removal rate of CODCr in the effluent water was 92%~98%and that of BOD5 was 99%, while NH3 N rapidly fell down to below 15 mg/L after the start of normal operation, which enabled the treated wastewater to meet the standard for discharge.
